Refund Policy

At Greenman Interiors every step of our process is there to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch and we will work to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

If you do wish to return your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy from the point of delivery. Simply email us at info@greenmaninteriors.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in the original packaging.

Once confirmed, we recommend sending your order back to us with tracking and that you obtain proof of postage to ensure a safe return. We cannot be liable for orders that may be lost or damaged within the postal system.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
